Please find below our packages which cater for most winery budgets globally. Our packages focus on delivering an economical, professional service to all our clients.
(We work with a number of clients within the EU who have applied for funding opportunities to promote European wines to the UK market such as OCM Vino and we work compliant to the required EU regulations).
Monthly packages below are via a rolling contract following an initial contractual period of three months unless otherwise stated.
Package 1: Market Research
Priced at £500 per month: Your wines on display in our London tasting room, ready by appointment for any potential client tastings. Inclusion of your wines in one of our weekly buyer tastings every month with the focus on gathering market feedback on your wines from wine buyers and trade professionals. End of each month catch up to discuss with you the feedback received.
Package 2: Find a Wine Buyer
Priced at £1,000 per month: Our aim is to connect you with quality UK importers, distributors and/or hospitality wine buyers. Your wines in our London tasting room, ready for potential client one-on-one tastings. Inclusion of your wines in all of our buyer tastings. End of each month catch up call to discuss with you the feedback and market research received and share any warm Importer, Distributor or Wine Buyer leads.
Package 3: UK Management
Priced at £1,500 per month: Full management and consultancy within the UK market to include representation at agreed external events, full administration and management of stock in bond / storage. We become the UK office for all relevant correspondence. Your wines in our London tasting room. Inclusion of your wines in all of our buyer tastings. End of month catch up call to discuss with you the feedback and market research received and share any warm Buyer leads.
Package 4: Yearly Representation
Priced at £5,000 annually: For clients who would like the guarantee of an annual service and in return receive a more economically price package. This includes 24 trade / buyer tastings a year with the focus on gathering market feedback on your wines from wine buyers and trade professionals then to work on importer, distributor, buyer leads. End of each month catch up to discuss with you the feedback received. This involves an annual upfront fee.
Package 5: Brand Building
Priced at £36,000 annually: Ideal for Wine Regions, Countries or Wineries with BIG Ambitions. Focused on establishing a lasting brand identity among the trade and consumer here in the UK market and establishing sales networks. This package includes your wines on show at our London tasting location, inclusion in all our monthly tastings and representation at agreed external events, full administration with management of stock in bond / storage. Our Brand Building package also includes a dedicated team member on your project up to a brand ambassador role from either Christopher or Oliver, our founding partners, who have a long history in working closely with wineries globally.

Events:
With over then years of event management experience, we confidently offer a series of live tasting options for you to choose from. Each can take place at one of our chosen partner prime London locations*:

Masterclass in London £1,500: For up to ten guests suited to your requirements to include importers / distributors / Master of Wines / sommeliers / journalists / senior wine critics and more. A one to one and a half hour time slot with provision for a visual presentation.

Wine Pairing Dinner in London £1,000: For up to ten guests suited to your requirements to include importers / distributors / Master of Wines / sommeliers / journalists / senior wine critics and more. We will work with you on a perfect pairing dinner menu to showcase each of your wines in the best possible gastronomic light.

Launch Party in London £3,000: For up to twenty guests likely to be a mixture of wine influencers, wine critics and journalists. Usually an evening event to take place between 19:00 - 22:00 with a pre set agenda to include tastings and visual.

* Event space to include food costings additional. This usually ranges from £500 to £2,000 depending on location chosen. Further costs could include themed marketing materials, support material hire, additional staffing.
