Below are our packages which cater for all winery budgets globally. Our focus is on delivering an economical and effective program, showcasing and introducing your wines to UK and International trade, buyers, importers and distributors, helping you to develop new wine markets.

(We work with EU clients who have or apply for funding opportunities to promote European wines to the UK market such as OCM Vino and we work compliant to the required EU regulations).

Each Packages below begins with a comprehensive three month program. Then are continued on an agreed rolling monthly basis, unless otherwise stated.

Package 1: Market Research

Priced at £500 per month for a 3 month period:  Gathering critical market research, this package assists wineries in understanding which of their labels are best suited & priced for the current UK market.

This service allows you to focus on your best performing wines in the UK, saving you a lot of time & money exploring the market with wines that are not ideal for the UK consumer.

When gathering this important market research, we will showcase your wines within group tastings to UK wine buyers, sommeliers, master of wines, master sommeliers, HoReCa buyers, importers and/or distributors. Their feedback will help improve your strategy for the UK and if someone taste something they want to buy, we will put them directly in touch with you.

Your wines will be tasted by approximately 15 wine professionals listed above over the three month period.

We will keep you updated each month and at the end of the three month period, we will discuss with you our complete findings, all the data gathered and provide you with a bespoke plan of action on the best approach for you and your wines within the UK market.

Package 2: Find a UK Wine Buyer

Priced at £1,000 per month for a 3 month period:  Present your wines to trade buyers, importers and distributors in the United Kingdom.
 

Your wines will be on show within one of our London tasting locations, ready for client one-on-one tastings.

Each month we arrange meetings and tastings with interested UK wine buyers, importers and/or distributors to introduce and showcase your wines to those within the market.

Each meeting and tasting we conduct from one of our tasting locations, we ensure the wines we showcase are paired with quality food parings, prepared by a private chef, to showcase the versatility of the wines, form a stronger connection and improves the chances of securing and end buyer, especially with HoReCa locations.

Each month we will keep you updated, discuss the progress, feedback and connect you with any interested Importer, Distributor or Wine Buyer leads.

Package 3: International Wine Markets

Priced at £1,500 per month for a 3 month period: Expand your wines into new international markets, start selling your wines in new countries and build the global presence and value of your wine brand.


We will Initiate communication and connections with trade, buyers, importers, distributors and HoReCa locations within your selected  countries, developing your ambitions for the each market. 

 

Work with a dedicated team of international wine professionals and receive expert advice and consultancy.

Package 4: Yearly Representation

Priced at £5,000 annually:  For clients who would like the guarantee of an annual service and in return receive a more economically price package. This includes 24 trade / buyer tastings a year, starting with the focus on gathering market feedback on your wines from wine buyers and trade professionals to then to work on importer, distributor, buyer leads.

Package 5: Brand Building

Priced at £36,000 annually:  Ideal for Wine Regions, Countries or Wineries with BIG Ambitions. Focused on establishing a lasting brand identity among the trade and consumer in the UK market and establishing sales networks.

Masterclass in London £3,000: For up to ten guests suited to your requirements to include importers / distributors / Master of Wines / sommeliers / journalists / senior wine critics and more.

Wine Pairing Dinner in London £3,000: For up to ten guests suited to your requirements to include importers / distributors / Master of Wines / sommeliers / journalists / senior wine critics and more.  We will work with you on a perfect pairing dinner menu to showcase each of your wines in the best possible gastronomic light.

Launch Party in London £3,000: For up to twenty guests likely to be a mixture of wine influencers, wine critics and journalists. Usually an evening event to take place between 19:00 - 22:00 with a pre set agenda to include tastings and visual.
